How to order

From search to download. Choose a license for your use, pay by card or on account, and download the licensed files.

  1. 1Sign in by email, or continue as a guest

There is no password. Enter your email at sign in and we send a link that works for 20 minutes and keeps you signed in on that browser for 30 days. An account keeps your orders, invoices and downloads together and lets an approved business pay on account.

You never need one. Guest checkout works the same, and your receipt arrives by email either way.

  2. 3Price the photograph for your use

Photographs from our own archive are sold at fixed prices: choose a license on the photograph page and pay for it there.

Photographs from the archives we represent have a calculator instead. Each choice has a one-line key under it, and the fee updates as you go. The minimum fee is $150.

    Placement

    Discount code
Lowers the fee, never below the minimum, and never changes the terms.

Some uses need approval before they are sold: advertising, perpetual or exclusive uses of a represented photographer’s work, and any exclusive use of ours. The calculator turns those into a request, and we email you a link to pay once it is cleared. Need a mockup first? Use “Download comp for layout” for the watermarked preview.

  3. 4Your cart

For a photograph priced with the calculator, “Add to cart” keeps the photograph with its own terms. In your cart you can change any item’s terms until you check out, remove it, or keep it for later. Prices are checked again at checkout; if one has moved, the cart tells you which.

  4. 5Payment

Pay by card or with the wallets Stripe offers in your country. The whole cart is one payment, in US dollars, and Stripe sends the receipt.

Businesses that buy often can apply to pay on terms. Once a person approves the account, “Bill my account” appears at checkout: the licenses are issued at once and the invoice is due on the terms your account was approved for.

  5. 6Purchasing

At checkout, name who the licenses are for and add a note if you need one, such as a purchase order number. When the payment clears, every license is issued, each with its own number and PDF, and one email lists them all with the download links.

  6. 7Invoices and past orders

Your account lists every order with its status, the invoice PDF for the whole order, and the licenses in it with their download links. Add a note to any order there. Orders placed as a guest appear once you sign in with the same email.

  7. 8Terms for buyers

Every license is issued under the license agreement. Its rights-managed terms bind the territory, duration, exclusivity, circulation, image size, placement and editions you chose. A larger use needs a further license. Comps are for layout only.

  8. 9If a download fails

Open the license from the email or your account and choose Download again. Each time you do, a new download link is made, and it works for 10 minutes, so an old link that stopped working is expected. If a fresh one still fails, write to support@snvrkotics.com with the license number and we will send the file another way.
