Rights-managed: every use priced by what it is for, where, for how long and whether anyone else may use it, on a published rate card with a $150 minimum. No cheap buyouts.
Exclusive, perpetual and advertising uses only with your written approval.
Detect
The fingerprint taken at ingest survives resizing, re-encoding and screenshots. Every match is checked against the license ledger; licensed use closes itself, and unlicensed use is documented and reported to you.

The terms, plainly
60%
of every license fee goes to you. Nothing is deducted before the split, and our costs come out of our share.
- You keep the copyright. Nothing transfers, assigns or encumbers it.
- No exclusive, perpetual or advertising use without your written approval, each time.
- 60% of gross license fees to you, paid within 30 days of each quarter's end, with a statement listing every license.
- Audit the records once a year on 30 days' notice. An underpayment over 5% means we pay for the audit.
- Leave on 90 days' notice. Either way you get the complete digitized, cataloged archive and all metadata back, in an open format, at no charge.
Agreement version 2026-10-10, published in full before anyone signs it. It has not been reviewed by counsel; until it has, it is signed on paper only, not online.

If it earns, we split it. If it doesn’t, you still have the catalog.
