Image licensing
Three shapes, using the same vocabulary as the rest of the industry, so nobody has to learn a new one to buy a photograph. Every licence is perpetual, worldwide and non-exclusive — you are buying the right to use the image, not the image.

What no licence covers
- Reselling the image itself. Stock libraries, templates, print-on-demand — anything where the photograph is what is being sold rather than part of something being sold.
- Use as a trademark or logo. A licence is not an assignment, and registering a mark over someone else’s photograph does not become possible by paying for a licence to it.
- Implying an endorsement, or a defamatory context. Where a person is recognisable in the frame, no licence here grants their permission — only ours.
Verifying a licence
Every licence carries a number in the form SNVRK-IM-XXXXXXXX, and anybody can check it without an account. If a designer used one of these photographs in your campaign, you can confirm the licence yourself rather than taking their word for it.
